#1 Wis. Dells wins at #4 Lodi

In one of the most anticipated matchups of the season in boys basketball, Wisconsin Dells defeated Lodi 62-51 in front of a sold-out crowd at Lodi High School Monday night.

The Chiefs came out firing threes in the first half and MJ Delmore and Tyler Young helped Wisconsin Dells to a 4-point lead at halftime, 23-19..

Lodi took its first lead of the game on a 3-point play by Jordan Shea midway through the third quarter, but by the end of the period, Dells had regained the lead, 35-34.

In the fourth quarter, it was Delmore leading the way scoring and feeding his senior teammate, Shane Wimann as the Chiefs opened a 10-point lead and held on with hot shooting in the final minutes.

Wisconsin Dells improves its season record to 18-0, while Lodi is now 16 and 2 on the season.
